PASSPORT AND VISA
To enter the United Kingdom, a passport valid for at least three months beyond length of stay is required by all nationals except those travelling from the European Union member states holding a valid national ID card. ADMISSION BADGES
Admission badges will be issued to all participants. Your badge is your admission ticket to the scientific sessions.

HOW TO REACH WINDSOR AND EACTS HOUSE
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is just 30 miles west of London with Heathrow Airport just 15 minutes' drive away. Luton and Gatwick airports are within an hour's drive. The whole of the Royal Borough is easily accessible via the major motorway networks of the M3, M4, M25 and M40 and is well served by public transport.

BY PLANE
The Royal Borough is easily accessible from London's airports and just 12 miles from London Heathrow airport.
London Heathrow Airport
Heathrow Airport +44 (0)8700 000123 www.heathrowairport.com From Heathrow Terminal 5 take either the 77 or 71 Bus directly into the centre of Windsor (approximately 30 minutes). There is no direct bus link between Heathrow Central Bus Station and Windsor town centre - it is necessary to take 75/76 service and change at Slough.
If travelling outside scheduled bus operating hours it may be advisable to take a taxi from Heathrow to Windsor; call Windsor Cars +44 (0)1753 677 677.
London Gatwick Airport

London Stansted Airport

BY RAIL
Windsor is served by two train stations, Windsor & Eton Central and Windsor & Eton Riverside. First Great Western operates from London Paddington to Windsor and Eton Central station involving a change at Slough (minimum journey time 25 minutes). BY CAR

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is very accessible by road and can be reached from all directions by motorways and major 'A' roads.
Motorways
- The most accessible motorway is the M4, with Windsor being just 1 mile from Junction 6.
- On the M4, Windsor is situated 24 miles from London, 26 miles from Reading and 90 miles from Bristol and South Wales.
- As well as the M4, Windsor is only 5 miles from Junction 13 of the M25 London circular motorway making its access to the outskirts of London and other motorway links very easy
Local 'A' roads
- From Staines take the A308 (9 miles west) or from Maidenhead (6 miles east).
- From Ascot take the A332 (6 miles south) or from Slough (3 miles north).

Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance. Neither EACTS nor any of it's appointed agencies, can be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident to private property or additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, sea, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather and any other cause.
