Nominations for council 2008
The following positions in council will be vacant in conjunction with the Annual Meeting in Lisbon: President, Vice President and Treasurer.

After the planned restructuring of EACTS committees we announce the following vacancies as chairs of medical domain committees: Adult Acquired Cardiac, Vascular and Congenital. These Medical Domain Committees will be created or re-inforced, have their own budgets and decide about every aspect of their medical domain. An additional position of councillor with special expertise in education is also created and can be applied for.

Please send suggestions for replacements to Walter Klepetko, chairman of the Nominating Committee.

Members who are willing to participate in any the above committees are most welcome to contact the Secretary General letting him know your specific field of interest.
