The Civic Reception from the City of Glasgow, will precede the concert. The venue is Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, conveniently situated in the centre of the city. Coach transportation from the SECC will be provided.19:30 - 21:30 hrs
"Scotland in Music, Poetry and Song" is the theme of a special evening with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, under its Principal Conductor, Alexander Lazarev, and featuring internationally renowned soloists, including the violinist Tasmin Little.
PRESIDENTIAL DINNER - Tuesday 7 September 1999

Not included in the registration feesThe Presidential Dinner, which is being held in the Grand Ballroom of The Glasgow Thistle Hotel, will provide an occasion where Scotland's traditions and culture will enhance an evening of warm hospitality and unique entertainment. There will be coach transportation between hotels and The Glasgow Thistle.
