A selected number of members of the Surgical Training and Manpower Committee forms the Trainees Resource Group. It is devoted to the development and strengthening of links amongst European trainees in cardiothoracic surgery. It aims to represent their views and interests, identify issues in training and facilitate education.
The Resource Group will encourage Trainee membership of EACTS, promote communication channels and support academic activity. It will collaborate with other committees of EACTS (and other organisations).

transparency and ensure accessibility to the Resource Group for all European surgeons
