Dress will be informal for all eventes, with the exception of the Presidential Dinner, which will be black tie or national dress

OPENING CEREMONY AND WELCOME RECEPTION

Sunday 12 October: from 16:30
Included in the registration fees for delegates, accompanying guests and exhibitors. All registered delegates and their accompanying guests are invited to attend the official Opening Ceremony which will be held in the main auditorium of the Austria Center following the end of the Postgraduate Courses. The Opening Ceremony will be followed by a welcome reception in the Exhibition Halls.

CONCERT

Monday 13 October 19:45
Included in the registration fees for delegates and accompanying guests.
The Concert will take place in St. Stephan's Cathedral, one of the Vienna's most famous landmarks dating back to 1147 and a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. The Concert will feature excerpts from Mozart's Requiem.

PRESIDENTIAL DINNER

Tuesday 14 October: 19:30 - 24:00
The Presidential Dinner will be held under the auspices of the City of Vienna in the Festsaal of the Rathaus (City Hall), Vienna's most important neo-Gothic secular building constructed between 1872 and 1883. The Rathaus is the seat of the Mayor and Governor of Vienna, of the City Council and of the Assembly. It also houses the Municipal and State Libraries and Archives which hold many key Viennese historical documents and a large collection of local memorabilia.

A full programme of entertainment is planned for the evening which will reflect the traditions of the famous Viennese Ball.

Coach transportation between the Meeting hotels and the Rathaus will be organised. Admission will be by ticket only wich should be purchased by completing the relevant section of the Registration Form.
