Hotel Reservation

AUSTROPA Interconvention has pre-booked rooms at various hotels in different categories for Meeting participants. Early booking of hotel accommodation is recommended since October is high season in Vienna. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting hotels are easily accessible from the Austria Center via public transport and most are located in the city centre.

The hotel rates listed are quoted in Euro per room, per night and include breakfast, service charge and VAT. All rooms in 5-Star, 4-Star and 3-Star categories have bath/WC or shower/WC.

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS: 1 JULY
Room availability cannot be guaranteed after 1 July.

Please note that shuttle buses to the Austria Center WILL NOT be provided.
Registered delegates and accompnaying persons can, however, purchase a Vienna Travel Pass by completing the relevant section of the Registration Form. The Vienna Pass provides access on Vienna's train, public transport network.

Booking Procedure and Confirmation of Reservation
Please indicate your arrival and departure dates and your desired hotels - 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice - on the enclosed hotel reservation form or by completing the appropriate sections when making your reservation on line. If the desired hotels are already fully booked, AUSTROPA Interconvention reserves the right to arrange accommodation in an adequate hotel. A hotel deposit of two nights is required to secure the room. Upon receipt of your order and payment, the hotel voucher/confirmation with name and address of the hotel will be sent. Please present the voucher to the hotel at check-in. The balance payment should be settled directly with the hotel on departure. The hotel will issue an invoice in the amount of the total payment. Any unpaid bank charges will be deducted from your hotel deposit.

Changes and Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations of confirmed rooms must be sent in writing to AUSTROPA Interconvention and not directly to the hotel.

For cancellations prior to September 1, a handling fee of €40, per booking will be charged. A cancellation fee equal to two nights will be charged for any room cancelled after this date or non-occupation of the room on the date of arrival. In case of "No Show" the hotel reservation will be released after one night.

Delegates are advised that the first change to a booking will be processed at no additional charge but that subsequent changes will be charged at €20 per amendment made.
