The Techno-College will provide sponsoring organisations with a forum from which to promote and discuss emerging, promising technology and promote and educate delegates regarding new techniques.

The following levels of sponsorship are available which will be attributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP                                                 €40,000

SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP                                              €25,000

BRONZE LEVEL SPONSORSHIP                                             €15,000

Application Form and Confirmation
Requests for sponsorship must be made on the Application Form, sent to the EACTS Executive Secretariat.

Payment
An invoice for 50% of the sponsorship package will be sent with official confirmation from the EACTS Executive Secretariat.  Payment should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice.  Balance invoices must also be paid within 14 days of issue.  Any other payments relating to catering, audio visual, décor, furniture etc., will be invoiced separately by EACTS Trading Company Ltd and/or the relevant supplier.

Payment should be made in Euros by bank transfer.  Please quote the booking reference and invoice number, when making the payment:-

Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the EACTS Executive Secretariat.  Cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the sponsorship package price.
