REGISTRATION

Pre-registration has closed.  You are welcome to register onsite.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION
Delegates will be able to register on-line from at http://www.eacts.org and http://www.ests.org, or by completing the Registration Form.

FEES
Registration fees are in EURO (€)

The latest date for pre-registration will be 30 September 2003, all registrations received after this date will be processed as on-site registrations

The registration fee for delegates includes:

Admission to the sessions of the Techno-College and the exhibition
Meeting documentation
Reception on Saturday 11 October 2003
Coffee/tea during breaks

PAYMENT
Payments by delegates for registration should be made either online or on the Registration Form and sent to the Executive Secretariat.  All pre-payments must be in EURO (€).  Registration forms will not be processed without payment.  Payments may be made as follows:

American Express, Visa, Mastercard charged in EURO (€).

Bank transfer

Transfers made must be exempt of charges to EACTS.  In order to ensure that your payment is identified, you are reminded to mention the name of the delegate and "Annual Techno College" in the bank transfer.

PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Payment on-site
The currencies accepted for payments on-site will be EURO (€).

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
An acknowledgement of receipt of registration will be sent to delegates by email.  Confirmation of registration will not be sent, however, until the appropriate payment has been received by the Executive Secretariat.  Where no email address is given, both the acknowledgement and confirmation will be by ordinary mail.  The Executive Secretariat cannot guarantee delivery of ordinary mail for participants registering after 30 September 2003.  Delegates who have registered, paid and not received confirmation within 14 days of payment, should contact the Executive Secretariat.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made in writing to the EACTS Executive Secretariat and received before 1 September 2003.  Thereafter the fees, less a 25% administration charge, will be refunded.  It is regretted that after this date no reimbursement of fees can be made.

  SOCIAL PROGRAMME

RECEPTION
Included in the registration fees for delegates, accompanying guests and exhibitors.
All registered delegates are invited to attend the official reception in the Austria Centre following the meeting.
