Application Form and Confirmation |

Booking requests must be made on the Application Form contained within this document and sent to the EACTS Executive Secretariat. Forms will be acknowledged in order of receipt and each company will be notified of their official booking reference. |

| Payment | ||
| An invoice for 50% of the sponsorship package will be sent with official confirmation from the EACTS Executive Secretariat. Payment should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Balance invoices must also be paid within 14 days of issue. Any other payments relating to catering, audio visual, décor, furniture etc., will be invoiced separately by EACTS Trading Company Ltd and/or the relevant supplier. | ||

| All cancellations must be notified in writing to the EACTS Executive Secretariat. Cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the sponsorship package price. | ||
