Presentation Guidelines

Abstracts

You are allocated 7 minutes presentation time followed by a discussion period of 8 minutes. Please note that only data projection will be available.

Rapid Response

The time allocated for your presentation is 2 minutes and should consist of 4 slides that run consecutively. At 2 minutes your presentation will stop and will be followed by a 6 minute discussion. Please see the instructional video below

Late Breakers

You are allocated 7 minutes presentation time followed by a discussion period of 8 minutes. Please note that only data projection will be available.

Films

The time allocation for presentation is STRICTLY the duration of the videos submitted. The duration but MUST NOT extend beyond the original submission time and maximum 10 minutes

Case Reports

The time allocated for your presentation is 7 minutes. This will be followed by an 8 minute discussion.

Computer Presentation

The use of personal laptops is not permitted. To avoid technical problems, computer presentations should be previewed in the Speaker Preview Centre no later than 2 hours before the start of the session in which the presentation is to be given.
