The popular and informative Daily News broadsheet has now become an integral part of the Annual Meeting’s marketing portfolio, offering advertisers an unrivalled opportunity from which to publicise products, events and education activities. The Daily News is the only newspaper endorsed by EACTS and will be circulated freely to Annual Meeting attendees each morning.

|Satellite Symposia Email Blast
Promote your satellite symposium at this year’s Annual Meeting in Vienna, through our industry email blast. This email will be sent to the entire EACTS database on the 20 September 2017.
Each company will be allowed a maximum of 20 words and a small image (250 x 145 px). The deadline to submit your artwork is the 15 September.
|Literature Display Desk
An unmanned literature desk will be available throughout the Annual Meeting for the promotion of Industry related brochures, forthcoming meetings and product leaflets. All costs regarding the production, freighting and on-site handling of leaflet displays must be met by the advertiser.
A maximum of 1000 leaflets should be provided per display. Further details regarding deadline dates, freighting and on-site handling charges are available from the EACTS Executive Secretariat.
|Exhibition On-line Catalogue
Enhancing the visitor experience and success of your company during the Annual Meeting, your online catalogue entry will advertise your detailed exhibitor profile including hall and booth numbers, company logo, slogan/strapline, full contact details, website and email links. The online catalogue will be available to potential delegates and exhibition visitors via the Industry section of the Annual Meeting website prior to and during the event.
