ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ABSTRACTS 

Nurses and Allied Health Professionals are invited to submit their abstracts for the dedicated Nurses and Allied Health Professional session at this year’s Annual Meeting.

Papers examining any part of the patient journey will be considered. These may include aspects of quality, clinical care, research, case studies or roles and workforce issues.

Submission is open until 31 July 2023

EACTS Submission Conditions:

The audio-visual recording of the scientific presentations will be the property of the EACTS.

Accepted Abstracts

For all Abstracts which are accepted for presentation at the EACTS Annual Meeting the audio-visual recording of the scientific presentations will be the property of the EACTS.

Conflict Statement

The Editor requires authors to disclose any commercial associations that might pose a conflict of interest in connection with the submitted article.

All sources of funding for work should be acknowledged in a footnote on the title page, as should all institutional affiliations of the authors (including corporate appointments). Other kinds of associations, such as consultancies, stock ownership or other equity interests or patent licensing arrangements should be disclosed to the Editor in the covering letter at the time of submission. If no conflict of interest exists, please state this in the covering letter. The Editor reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements. The author will be held responsible for false statements or for failure to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

If your abstract is selected for presentation at the Annual Meeting we expect the following:

      • You or your named presenter MUST present your abstract IN-PERSON at the Annual Meeting.
      • You or your named presenter MUST be registered to the Annual Meeting by 1 September or the abstract may be withdrawn from the programme.
      • Authors must disclose any commercial associations that might pose a conflict of interest in connection with the submitted article/presentation.

Failure to comply with any of these obligations will result in a ban, for ALL authors, from submitting an abstract to the EACTS Annual Meeting for a minimum of 2 years.
