Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance. Force Majeure
We recognise that due to reasons beyond the control of our members and other would-be course delegates (eg conflict, civil unrest, force majeure, etc), attendance at an EACTS course or event may not be possible. In such circumstances, if given enough time and information, we will do our best to support an individual’s attendance (or if attendance is not possible, access to relevant materials) at either a discounted or cost-free rate. This cannot be guaranteed, EACTS’s decision is final and we are not obliged to share the reasoning behind any decision made.
