The rate includes breakfast and VAT but excludes City Tax.
Credit card details need to be submitted with every bedroom reservation and 100% of the fee will be required to guarantee the booking.
Individual cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged equivalent to 90% of the total accommodation booked at the contracted rate
