We are pleased to announce that the EACTS Academy, under the governance of the EACTS Vascular Domain, will be staging an Endovascular Skills Programme in 2023.  The mission of the Vascular Domain is to spread aortic knowledge throughout the community and continue to promote research and education on vascular pathologies.

As part of this objective, EACTS will be staging an educational endovascular programme over three Academy courses which will take place in 2023.  The overall aim of the Programme will be to train cardiac surgeons, under the umbrella of the EACTS Hybrid Surgeon Educational Programme, in this acquired skill competence.   All courses will combine invited lectures with practical training.

Delegate Profile
The Programme will be relevant for cardiac surgeons wishing to embark into the era of endovascular technology for a more complete form of treatment of major aortic pathologies – ideally junior and senior residents up to the age of 45. The programme is open to EACTS Members only.

Attendance will be restricted to 20 delegates, all of whom will be required to complete the 3-course programme.

Programme and faculty subject to change.
