Richard Milton is a Consultant Thoracic Surgeon with an interest in Robotic Surgery and chest trauma. He graduated from Sheffield University in 1993, completed his cardiothoracic training in Yorkshire and was appointed to his current position at St James’s University Hospital in Leeds in 2007. In addition to his clinical interests, he is involved in training and education and teaches on several national and regional trauma courses. As the current Chair of the Thoracic Domain of EACTS, he aims to continue to increase the Thoracic footprint across the Association.
