Learn about our skills programme
Our commitment to improving the skills of surgeons drives us to offer exceptional training programmes, catering to four distinct levels of expertise and career levels:
- EACTS Next Generation: Pre-training doctors and medical students
- Skills Level 1: Residents in training
- Skills Level 2: Surgeons at the threshold of independent practice
- Skills Level 3: Established practitioners seeking further refinement.
We are also proud to offer leadership training, along with specific courses and larger events designed for cardiothoracic teams, including emergency and ICU specialists (ECLS), perfusionists, heart failure nurses and VAD coordinators, cardiologists, and cardiac anaesthesiologists.
