Adnan Nadir

‘Dr Nadir completed his cardiology training in the West Midlands. He was British Heart Foundation Fellow from 2008-2011 and his research work has been published in leading international journals, notably the Lancet, Circulation, and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. He was awarded an advanced fellowship in interventional and structural cardiology at the world-renowned Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, USA. On his return from the USA in 2017 he joined as a consultant Cardiologist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. He holds the position of Associate Professor of Cardiology with the Institute of Cardiovascular Science at the University of Birmingham, and is recognized as a Fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology.
