Dominique Gossot

Dominique Gossot studied medicine in Paris, at the Paris VI University. He did his surgical residency in Paris and obtained his diploma in thoracic surgery in 1987. Until 2021, he was chief of thoracic surgery at the IMM, a private non-profit hospital in Paris. He was actively involved in the development of minimally invasive thoracic surgery techniques, both clinically and in education. He co-directs the IRCAD advanced course in minimally invasive thoracic surgery. Currently, his role of interest is the development of sublobar resection techniques in early stage lung cancers.
