Fabrizio Rosati, MD
Dr. Fabrizio Rosati is Adjunct Professor of Cardiac Surgery at the University of Brescia, Italy, and Head of the Robotic Cardiac Surgery Program at ASST Spedali Civili di Brescia. He graduated in Medicine in 2011 and obtained his Board Certification in Cardiac Surgery in 2017 at the University of Brescia. He completed a European fellowship at Hôpital Haut-Lévêque, CHU Bordeaux, France, and a two-year Clinical Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Queen’s University, Canada.
As staff cardiac surgeon, Dr. Rosati has developed extensive experience in minimally invasive and robot assisted coronary revascularization surgery. His current research and clinical interests focus on advancing robotic innovations in cardiac surgery, particularly in the fields of revascularization, valve and arrhythmia surgery. He is the author and co-author of numerous publications covering various aspects of adult cardiac surgery, with a specific interest on surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation.
