Monica Mittal

Monica is a post training (CCST) Senior Cardiothoracic Fellow in St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London.

Monica is the recipient of the Francis Fontan Fellowship for the Advanced Critical Care Fellowship (2024) and surgical management of Atrial Fibrillation (2019).

Recently Monika has been appointed as a member of the EACTS Women in Cardiothoracic Surgery Committee.

In the past years, Monica has had an important role as an abstract reviewer for the EACTS Annual Meeting.

Monica is actively pursuing projects in leadership, research, education and digital healthcare. Her main areas of interest are structural valve disease and coronary revascularisation.
