Paul Field

Paul flew fast jets with the Royal Air Force before joining British Airways, where he flew many different types of aircraft including the Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and the Airbus 320, 350 and 380.  Paul is passionate about training and helping people to reach their full potential. Since retiring from professional flying his focus has been helping people to develop an understanding of Human Factors principles, and deepen their understanding of how to interact, communicate, and support one another more effectively to create better workplaces and safer outcomes.
