Trudie Willemsen

Trudie Willemsen graduated in 1996 at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands as psychologist with a special focus on personnel and organization. She started her career as human resources manager at the University of Utrecht, whilst also working for a Social Work organisation.  In 2005 she gave her personal life a new direction. Her interest in human interactions and her extensive experience and capability to improve relational processes drove her to seek professional independence to maximally unfold those capacities.  As independent psychologist, coach and interim manager she occupied several positions in individual- and team-development, relationship therapy and assessments.  Her master’s thesis on leadership of professionals and through her personal network she has become intrigued by human interactions of highly specialized team-members such as in surgical operating rooms.
