Friday's highlights at the 35th EACTS Annual Meeting
This year Mark Hazekamp spoke about about Conjectures and Refutations in Cardiothoracic Surgery in the Presidential Address.
He concluded with a powerful message: always be critical and learn from your mistakes – everybody makes them. The key is to never sit back and think you did a good job. As Karl Popper said “science is a history of corrected mistakes”.
