Exhibition floor plan and booth application

On Friday 17 May 2024, the exhibition floor plan went live for the 38th EACTS Annual Meeting. Our industry partners are now able to buy an exhibition booth, so don’t miss out!

  • Deadline for the receipt of the Application for Exhibition Booth – As soon as possible after release, on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Confirmation of stand allocation – Within 10 working days after receipt of ‘Application for Exhibition Booth’.
  • 100% payment for exhibition space – Within 14 days of the date of the invoice issued by the Organisers.
  • Online circulation of Exhibition Service Manual – May 2024.
  • Deadline for Exhibitors company profiles for EACTS App – 26 July 2024.
  • Free-build stand design plans to be submitted – 5 August 2024.
  • Order forms for additional technical requirements, Exhibitor Services Website – date to be confirmed.

Application Notes

Application for booth space must be made using the from below

Booth application form
  • Applications will be dealt with in strict order of receipt and booth choice. We are working through in date/time order, without exception.
  • If your booth choice is already taken, you will be advised. This is a common occurrence as prime sites are often nominated by several companies.
  • Whenever possible, space assignments will be made by EACTS in keeping with the preferences as to the location requested by the exhibitor. EACTS reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interests of the exhibition.
  • Only signed and fully completed application forms will be accepted.

Industry Learning Labs

In Lisbon this year, we are providing our industry partners with the chance to incorporate their training sessions exclusively within their booth area. This marks the first time that the industry will have the opportunity to organise their own ‘hands-on’ workshops, incorporating both wet and dry labs, along with various small practice sessions – all conveniently located in one place. 

These sessions will not form part of the official scientific programme of the Annual Meeting. We recommend that such training is limited to 10-15 people per session and offered to delegates on an invitation basis. 

The trade exhibition, centrally positioned in the Lisbon Congress Centre (CCL), is near the session rooms, ensuring convenient access for all attendees.  

The exhibition is set to take place in Pavilion 1 and Rio Pavilion (Pavilion 2), promising an engaging and dynamic experience for both exhibitors and attendees. 

  • Catering areas will be located in both halls.

Assignment of booth space

  • To request booth space, please complete the Booth Application Form provided in the Booth Application Pack which will be issued in Spring 2024.
  • Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order they are received.
  • If your preferred booth location is already reserved by another company, we will inform you. Please note that multiple companies often express interest in the same booths.
  • While EACTS strives to accommodate exhibitor preferences for booth location, we cannot guarantee specific placements. In cases of space or other logistical conflicts, EACTS reserves the right to assign space to exhibitors, adjust the floor plan, or relocate exhibits as needed, both before and during the exhibition.
  • To ensure your application is considered, please submit a signed application form in scanned PDF format. We do not accept applications via email alone.
